 I received the above picture of Timothy Roark, Jr. from Becky Campbell of Bowie, Maryland with some information about his family. Timothy, Jr. was the son of Timothy and Sarah Roark, of Claiborne County, TN and the brother to James, John, Joseph, and Jeremiah Roark. Timothy Roark, Jr. married Mary “Polly” Williams, 12 March 1840. They had twelve children. 1. James Roark, born 22 Sep 1841, married Ann “Polly” Munson 2. John Roark, born 12 Jul 1842 3. William Roark, born 23 Jun 1843 4. Joseph Roark, born 4 July 1845, married Emily Fair 5. Jeremiah Roark, born 24 Nov 1846 6. Eliza (Louisa) Roark, born17 Dec 1848, married Preston Whitaker 7. Sarah Roark, born 19 Mar 1851, married a Whitaker 8. Timothy Roark, born 27 Feb 1853 9. Elizabeth Roark, born 1855 10. Mary Roark, born 31 Dec 1857, married a Williams 11. Margaret Roark, born 26 Jul 1860, married a Richardson 12.
